Do you offer next-day delivery?
Yes. Web orders placed before 12pm, Monday to Friday, aim to be dispatched the same working day for next working day delivery. We don't dispatch at weekends, so orders placed after 12pm on Friday go out on Monday. See delivery for charges.
When is the Trade Counter open?
Our Bridgend trade counter is open Monday to Friday, 7:30am to 5:30pm. Web orders can also be collected from there with Click & Collect, usually ready within 1 hour.
What is the minimum order amount?
We understand the flexibility people need from a supplier, so we have no minimum order amount.
Do you offer a same-day service?
We don't offer a same-day service, but if we have spare vehicles we will help where we can.
Do you offer a kit building service?
Yes. We're always open to working with our customers on bespoke solutions, and we do offer a kit building service.
Are your vehicles FORS registered?
Yes. We are accredited with Silver FORS. If you need a copy of our certificate, just ask.
