Hand Dryers

Velair Hand Dryers for Commercial Washrooms

Where hand dryers go in

Hand dryers are a regular item on commercial fit outs and washroom refurbishments in offices, shops, cafes, gyms, schools and public buildings. They save on paper towels and the bins and refills that go with them, and they keep washrooms tidier. For the electrician, a hand dryer usually means a dedicated supply to the washroom and a fused connection unit or similar at the right point. Getting it on the job list early makes it easier to plan cable routes before walls are finished and tiled.

Velair Hydra 9

The Velair EHDH9W001 Hydra 9 is described as a high speed hand dryer, finished in white to suit most washroom schemes. High speed models are popular in busy washrooms where people do not want to wait. Before fitting, check the product documentation for mounting height, supply requirements and clearances, and make sure the circuit is suitable for the dryer you are installing. White finishes sit comfortably against most tiles and wall panels, so this unit works well across a range of commercial settings.
